I can't believe I missed the drop last night
I thought the links to tickets posted at nine pacific time
My credit card was saved for speed inside the app
By the time I clicked through, it was too late

But I found a loophole
Saw three tickets there on craigslist
So I sent an email
What I'm really trying to tell you
Is I can't believe the tickets I got were so expensive

What about my sons?
Would they want want to see this more than my friends Hank or Don?
If i do not go
Am i a true fan? i don’t know...

I’m seeing figures when i close my eyes.
I've been in line at Target roughly since half past five.
Each year I spend nearly seven hundred dollars
I have maxed out all my cards

But just think about it
So much value in the packaging
I’ve made a sound investment
What im really trying to tell you
Is this LEGO set has eight thousand forty-three pieces

What about my kids?
Can i afford to buy them any christmas gifts?
If I sold this toy
I could bring them both some joy... then again...

I saved my cash away til opening night
A happy Christmas for my children was still on my mind
Saw some signs for cups exclusive to the show and
I thought I had the strength to find my seat and pass them by...

But then I approach the counter
Just some popcorn and a small drink
Now my mind is racing
And I don't know what's possessed me

Is I bought duplicates of every cup and several posters

Okay ill bite!
Could this be the reason why im nearly broke and lost my wife?
If I kept my cool
I could save my checks and possibly
Even send both of my kids to decent schools.
